Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach Round 4 ON at Bells Beach
      



Courtney Conlogue (USA)), 18, 2011 ASP Top 17 rookie, will face Melanie Bartels (HAW), 28, in Round 4 of the Rip Curl Women’s Pro Bells Beach.

BELLS BEACH, Victoria/Australia (Saturday, April 23, 2011) – The Rip Curl Women’s Pro Bells Beach presented by Ford Fiesta, the second stop on the 2011 ASP Women’s World Title season, has been called on this morning in clean three foot (1 metre) waves steaming through the Bells Bowl.

“We have clean low-tide conditions this morning and we’ll be commencing Round 4 of the women at 7:30am,” Rich Porta, ASP International Head Judge, said. “We plan to go into the men’s Round 4 after the women and we’ll monitor conditions throughout the day and make our subsequent calls based on that.

Up first this morning will be Chelsea Hedges (AUS), 27, against Sofia Mulanovich (PER), 27, in the opening heat of Round 4.

The Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach presented by FORD will be webcast via www.live.ripcurl.com and broadcast live on Fuel TV in Australia and ESPN in Brazil.

When men’s competition resumes, up first will be Owen Wright (AUS), 21, Adriano de Souza (BRA), 24, and Joel Parkinson (AUS), 30, in the opening heat of the Round 4.
