BARRA DA TIJUCA, Rio de Janeiro/Brazil (Sunday, May 13, 2012) – Sally Fitzgibbons (AUS), 21, has claimed the fifth stop on the 2012 ASP Women’s World Championship Tour series, the Billabong Rio Pro, over Coco Ho (HAW), 21, following today’s hard-fought Final. The young Australian’s victory this afternoon significantly closes the gap between her and current frontrunner Stephanie Gilmore (AUS), 24, in the hunt for the 2012 ASP Women’s World Title heading into the final two events of the season.
